What is household stewardship?
Household stewardship is rooted in the long-standing traditions of domestic service, where the care of a home was understood as something broader than a list of individual tasks.
Rather than working to a fixed set of duties, I take a holistic view of the home - anticipating what needs attention, maintaining its standards and caring for the many details that allow a household to run smoothly.
At its heart, stewardship is about autonomy, accountability and reliability. it means having someone who understands the household, takes responsibility for its care and can be trusted to work independently, with discretion and attention to detail.

A dedicated six-hour visit, shaped around the needs of your home
Dedicated time to care for the home with each visit guided by the priorities of the individual household.
Stewardship might look like:
General household care - cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, polishing and maintaining presentation.
Periodic deep cleaning - maintaining records of deeper cleaning tasks to ensure no areas are overlooked
Room preparation - preparing bedrooms, living spaces and guest areas for arrival or use.
Laundry & fabric care - washing, drying, ironing and caring for household linens.
Seasonal care - wardrobe rotations, seasonal bedding and periodic household tasks.
Arrival preparation - ensuring the home is clean, comfortable and ready for its owners or guests.
Household organisation - maintaining areas of the house including kitchen, pantry, boot rooms and other working spaces.
Household deliveries - being present to receive food shopping, household supplies and other items ordered to the property.
Additional household requirements - responding to the individual needs of the household as they arise.
